She then used an emergency situation to retrieve money and was advised to bring in emergency documentation. The donor insisted and kept trying to retrieve all voluntary giving's to church. A disclaimer is automated saying "All church giving's are FINAL" and sent via email once donor complete transaction. Once the donor became upset with family member, she decided to leave the church and lie and say it was a mistake and probe for a refund. The DONOR originally set up an reoccurring payment to donate to the building fund and reached out to the Pastor to confirm that church was receiving the offerings to building fund. Breeze refunded the donor without proper notification and allowing our church to provide documentation showing we had already handle assisted the donor with a benevolent fund of $500. We had a church member who became upset with her relative whom is associated with the church and decided to go back and dispute all of her giving's to the church. The customer care we received was just unbelievable.
